Entry, Mid and Senior Level

Land Use/Environmental Planner: Participation in comprehensive plans, sustainable growth studies, downtown plans, zoning, site plan and sub-division reviews, NYC CEQR and NYS SEQRA processing, NYC ULURP and NYC Board of Standards and Appeals reports and testimony.

Housing and Economic Development Planner: Prepare market studies, economic impact analyses, Community Development and Public Housing Authority Plans, Strategic Plans, real estate feasibility studies and grant applications.

General Qualifications:

	Strong verbal and written communication skills
	Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
	Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
	AutoCAD, ESRI ArcView, Adobe Photoshop proficiency preferred
	Access to an automobile, for fieldwork and on-site meetings, preferred

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science and/or Master's degree in Planning, Urban Design, Economics or Public Administration preferred.
